Earned her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and her Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore School of Law.  She is a licensed Attorney and Notary Public.

 

Crystal has worked at other firms in varying capacities, since 2003.  Since, 2016 she has worked in a practice focusing on Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Estate Administration.

 

She is a volunteer in the community and is on the board of the Garrett Regional Medical Center Foundation Board and Garrett County Habitat for Humanity.  She and her husband are members of Mt. Top Cruisers.
